Just wanted to post a shout out to this amazing little trainer.
I was ever so close to giving up on the gym and fitness journey earlier this year, but then I started to train with you. Instead of giving up, I have not only continued but have discovered a passion for lifting things that sees me in the gym more often than not and on many days that I would otherwise have stayed in bed and not faced the world.
Your passion and dedication to strength training inspires me …. your ability and flexibility to create a fun and challenging workout no matter what I present you with keeps me coming back even when I don’t think there’s anything to give.
Mostly, though …. no other trainer would see me increase a PB by 10kg despite a 6 weeks full of injury and illness.

Sam Douglass
I have had the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by some of the most experienced people in the fitness industry.
Fitness and mental health are my two biggest passions and I now get to incorporate both of my passions to help the community to enjoy a healthier mind and body.
